Dean, You have it backwards. Is Florida owning a part of you good or bad? Well, I would say they would do anything in their power to protect their interests, and that would include management assistance and financing. I think this is big. Not the big news as Frick was saying...but it shows a great deal of confidence by a govt. agency that the revenues will be there.
