Gary,

Your point about not flipping is well taken but mine was a case of be careful what you ask for as you may get it. In the IPO before INSP, I requested a hugh block of shares and I received all I had requested. This maxed out out my margin, I didn't want to sell any of my core holdings and I didn't want to maintain that margin position for a month, so I flipped my shares.

If I were able to do it again, I would not have requested so many shares in that original IPO. Live and learn. By the way, Schwab gave me shares in ALLR and ETM even after flipping and I may find out when I get home tonight that I have PER shares.

The bottom line, based on the experience of INSP and ALLR (the jury is still out on ETM and PER), I may in the long run have been better off not to have flipped Select Comfort.
