Sili,

I understand a company needs to get news out. There is a positive side to it that I won't deny. But every two or three days??? Come on! Even more ridiculous when the news is of no consequence. These kinds of PR's about Michael Jordan and such do nothing for this company's stock prices in the eyes of investors. Would you honestly be turned on by this kind of news if you were a first-time investor thinking of getting into BII? I sincerely doubt it.

IMO these PR's make the company and its management look desperate for attention in the market and shows a certain amount of weakness on their part. If they are going to release news, they should try and release news of SUBSTANCE that has meat. That's all I am trying to say. Not a bunch of baby PR's in an attempt to boost or maintain stock support.

Sili,

Don't think I'm a dork but, I almost considered buying one because it's neat. The thought didn't last long though. (I prefer NCAA to the big leagues.)

And hey, I think you're right about Americans buying them up, I mean if they are willing to pay $30 for those ridiculous computer pet things, then why not something that doesn't literally die on you?

I'd feel pretty crappy though if teenagers started killing each other for Jordan trading cards like they do for running shoes. LOL

Denise.
