Its just how I feel about company's that resort to these tactics and how I have seen them fail in the past. BII may or may not be different, but I don't like the pattern that they are following. It smacks of "desperation" or an attempt to hit an iceberg on the way to the great port of NASDAQ!!! LOLOLOL
