Could someone clarify the term, "Quiet Period"? It would seem that if they are issuing press releases and stockholder letters that the quiet period is over.

With this news release & just a "tad" of upper mov't today.....
I just have a gut feeling that we are ready for "take off" when this
quite period ends..........................................V

IMO we should see several more releases before the end of the QP that should get us moving. I have a feeling the company will sign a few more contracts before the merger vote in March.
