Mike,

I am not going to return your message because I have too much money invested in BNEZ.

Mike.......What's your problem? I suggest you read my posts but maybe you can't understand things any deeper than the surface. I am long and strong in BNEZ and almost every post I have every posted says BNEZ is on track and Mikie and Jack are doing a great job with distribution and upcoming advertising. Unlike some others I have never said I was selling. I am one of the few who is not concerned with the share price at this time. It is my opinion that any litigation brings down a small companies stock price and keeps new investors away. When settlement is close and if a victory is rumored the price can climb rapidly. Until the settlement is near however it can keep a stock price depressed. Mike, I want to thank you however for your great DD and your insightful additions to these boards.

This board is for winners who trust in BNEZ's management.

Mike, several weks ago, you yourself posted that you sold some BNEZ. Don't know if you sold all your holdings, but selling at 0.18 or whatever doesn't exactly show a lot of trust/faith in BNEZ management.

Of course, looking at today's closing price, it makes you look like a genius.

Go away for ever and get yourself's castrated so you can no
longer contaminate the Earth with your defective genetics.

bad day huh? i've been here a long time and have confidence that in the end bnez will reach its' potential. i trust management but they're not perfect. the reverse split and non-paid dividend are examples (i'm not bashing here just pointing out some facts). i didn't buy this stock because of the AOL suit. i bought it because i believed they would become a significant player in the ever-growing personal finance market. timing is criticial, imho. there are big sharks out there that have been catering to wall street for ages. they have very much ignored the general consumer market but i'd wager that the growth in this area is starting to get their attention. PMA may be a great product but it can easily be overshadowed by the resources and experience of the big guys.

anything that impedes progess in getting to market first is a detriment. and to me, the AOL thing is impeding progress in that area. who hasn't called for information and gotten the infamous "can't talk about that"! get it done and go on. PMA is the beginning not the end. and i don't believe we will see reporting status until the matter with AOL is concluded.

again, i'm here and will be here when the counting is done. but i also know the players in this market can swallow a little guy in one gulp. now that's just one perspective. regards.
