Yes, dividends are paid based on the number of common held. (ex.- ArchivalCD - 1 share for each 7 of CVIA common - date of record for common 1/26/99(?) extension for converting warrants to common 2/5/99)

Divd. are some times paid for other things like preferred, but mostly common.

You can convert your warrants (at $3.00/share) anytime until June 1st. After that they expire worthless.

If you convert by this Fri, those converted shares are eligible for the ArchivalCD dividend.

If you convert, say, next week, those converted shares will be eligible for future IPO spinoff dividends.

If you don't convert at all, you'll have a nice expired warrant certificate to hang on your wall (next to your golf trophies <g>).
