John, They are debt heavy. Selling certainly related to bankrupcy fears precipitated by the debt load. It is critical that the company gets lenders to modify their loan covenants very quickly--if they do--stock could zoom upward. In my opinion thats the key.

I would be interested in your evaluation after reading the 10Q. Value Line reports book value as $17, I believe.

SHG is at a new low, any thoughts as to whether it may be a buy at this point ?
