Doug,

I take exception to that comment about cheap shots. If I wanted to insult you, I would.

I was merely giving you my opinion based on MY experience.

Btw, I could not do a cash flow analysis on BII. As previously stated, I am neither an accountant nor a financial analyst.

Also, I was unaware a public company could release independent results.

I'm sorry if you found my response to your post derogatory.

Regards,
Denise.

Doug, FYI a TSE listed company has 140 days from year end to release results. An audit is required and board approval on the f/s. It's not normally until a company has been around a while and is bigger that this process becomes faster. A bigger company has more leverage (to get auditors) and has got the "year-end" process down pat. A company that is changing fairly quickly, whose senior management is more focussed on important business issues, etc. will not have the system in place developed for quick year end results. In addition, the auditors will have to catch up with all the changes to the business, which will slow them down. Risks, such as some of the recent reports on EBay (different company, I know) will also cause them to be more careful.

Bid.Com will get this process in place, no worries. All companies do eventually. Do not assume that because results have not been released yet for this company (that has been growing over the past year and evolving) that this necessarily indicates bad news, even though it may be frustrating.
