Update on my DELL trading:

I'm finding that ISLD continues to rule the direction of this stock, with INCA a close second. The most powerful combination is when ISLD and INCA both line up on the bid (or ask).

The easiest trading occurs, as it did during my trading time today, when ISLD is not flip-flopping from bid to ask to bid. There were times today that ISLD stood solid on the offer for minutes at a time. All one had to do was go along for the ride. The most difficult trading, in contrast, occurs during the flip-flops. That had been the case last Thursday and Friday.

There were times today when the institutions were running large orders through INCA. When INCA showed size, you could see the ISLD folks hopping on board for the ride. I tried to do so as well.

GSCO, though not to be ignored, has been a non-issue on DELL. While I was at first hesitant to buy from or sell to GSCO, I'm more comfortable now aligning with ISLD/INCA, regardless of GSCO's presence on the opposite side.

None of the other MMs much mattered today, at least as far as I could tell.
