The Integra architecture is based on three major components: the L64724 single-chip satellite receiver, the L64005 MPEG-2 audio and video decoder and the L64108 single-chip transport chip, which offers Japan-compliant transport and Multi2 decoding. Combined in a low-cost system design, these devices enable Acer Group's set-top box to support up to 150 channels of programming and to offer integrated conditional access for smart-card functionality, while meeting affordable consumer price points.
