Gary,

How much free hard disk space should be available
in order to do a QP v2.1 installation?

Hi Gary ... I hear ya ... but:
it's difficult to explain and cover all of the hoops I went through on my computer upgrade ... but the data recovery failed. I went through all of this on the phone (about 15 mins worth of dialogue in addition to the 20 min "hold") with your tech support. They went through all of their Q/A, then went to your tech "guru's", then came back to me and told me my only alt was to wait for the 2.1 CD. In the meantime, I, still having the entire QP2DATA folder backed up, tried several other approaches. ... no luck. So, let's just chalk this one up to an "anomoly", until / unless someone else encounters it, OK?
