Authorize 200,000,000 shares of AV.
Offer 1 share of AV for each 18 shares of CPQ at $15 to $20 a share to share holders.
Keep all AV shares not sold.

I think you would have more then the one billion dollars Wall Street would pay. Plus you would have more then 50% ownership retained. Plus you would save a ton on fees and underwriting expenses. Plus you would make many share holders very happy. Plus shareholder confidence in management would be pumped in the general market. Plus you could sell surplus shares not purchased by shareholders in market or use them to acquire other companies under the AV umbrella.

I think that might pump the stock up!! What do you think?
