First, to the VNE.AL genius:

quote.yahoo.com

It's easy to see how illiquid this company has been until the Pumpers and Dumpers started hyping the stock in January. Once that's done, I suspect it will head back down to 16¢ very quickly.

Perhaps, the above hotlink will help you recognize that vne.al is the ticker used to pull up quotes, charts, etc. at one of North America's most popular quote servers.

Second, to the prospectus genius: No prospectus is required for a Private Placement. In a private placement, speculators are judged to be sufficiently sophisticated that they don't need the protection offered by a prospectus.

If anyone has a prospectus, please advise how it was obtained. VNE has not filed a prospectus in more than 2 years if ever, that might remotely describe its current "business"; and certainly nothing is yet filed with any regulatory authority related to the Private Placement.

Further the placement was done outside of Canada making it even more difficult for Canadian Regulators to have any control whatsoever on what is subsequently done with those shares.

Another classic Pump and Dump move.

Now Zeus, I guess it's time to share the filed information with you.

I'll do that in a subsequent post.

For anybody speculating in this stock, go to the Canadian Equivalent of Edgar at sedar.com ; choose English (or French if you wish); then choose search database; then enter valu-net

Note that if you leave out the "-", SEDAR won't find anything. Another neat trick to keep information away from the speculators.

Judge for yourselves after at least looking at the available information.

Ian.

P.S. I'm neither short nor long this stock, nor will I have anything to do with it. I convinced my nephew to sell yesterday after he'd tripled his money. I suspect there are other equally naive people being duped by the hype associated with this "bankrupt" company shell.
