One share holder holds a huge chunk...... FINET HOLDINGS CORP. SHAREHOLDER FILES SEC FORM 4 WASHINGTON, DC, Jan. 29, 1999 (States via COMTEX) -- Americo Ferreira Amorim of Mozelos VFR, Portugal, a Shareholder of Finet Holdings Corp. (SYMBOL: FNHC), accumulated 2,500,000 sharesfor $.80 each on October 31, 1998. Americo Ferreira Amorim currently owns 6,000,000 shares. A Form 4 reporting the transaction was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 11, 1999. I don't see any filings to sell at this point :) Thank goodness...... LT
