"NASDAQ requires a full 3 year audit...<<

Doug,

I sincerely doubt any application was submitted to NASD recently. Godin knows he hasn't got the stock support he needs to file an app at this time, and if things fell apart, he'd come away with egg on his face with probably no chance of a repeat performance. I agree that they should have all the financial info they need to submit, but something is holding them back by the looks of it. I acknowledge that he can't release pertinent info about any listing app that may be out there, but at the very least he should give us the year-ends.

If he waits till May like was the case last year, or even April, BII could tank and by then the game will be over.

OK Dougie, I'm willing to admit that you have got one statement right in the past 6000 posts around here, IF AND ONLY IF, you can post the place where this requirement is detailed. I would assume you should be able to find it on the NASDAQ website?

Doug - Fact: Nasdaq does not require a three year audit. Entry Standard 2, which I would consider most reasonable for Bii if they want to get on the National market, only requires a two year operating history, so it'd be kind of tough to audit three when there's only two.

True, it would make sense that you'd apply to Nasdaq with your most recent annual.
