Guys, I'm excited too, but Whooooaaaaa! The speculation was for the next decade. We still don't know when the first pilot line will be built by INTC. We don't know when the first production 300mm fab is scheduled. If the 0.13µ feature size is right, then either INTC is going to convert to 300mm from 0.18µ; or there will be another 200mm generation at 0.15µ. We'll have to wait until next month to know the details. But all the same, with INTC moving, everybody else will be forced to get their plans in place for 300mm fabs or getting out of the chip business. Exciting times to say the least. Ian.
