Good morning John, A company doesn't have to give any explanations on what are the cause for not meeting street expectations,it's only a warning. They will give the reasons on the day they release there earnings report. Yesterday I said to someone here that it was a bad timing in fact it is a good timing to send a negative message when everything is negative. By the time they releases there report the digestion will be made and who knows the market could be on the upside. Remind's me of Nortel (NT) last september,when they announce there warning but even worst the speaker left the room suddenly on panic,the stock went down from $50us to $28 in one week!!! Look at it today it's at $60 By the way that VP was fired a month later! Just a personal opinion Syl
