What makes you think the hearing won't last at least until tomorrow? I hear AZNT's strategy is to try to prove irreparable harm. That may take forever to prove, IMO (g). What that has to do with getting the DTC to lift the freeze is beyond me, but my Spidey senses tell me that won't keep them from trying. ;^) - Jeff
