If I could jump in here <g>, some people have suggested that the time to wait was 60 days, not 2 months. Therefore that would make it the 5th instead of the 8th or 9th. That hasn't been confirmed yet though so the exact date is anyone's guess.

Let's do the math, shall we?

60 days from 12/07/98 filing date where December and January both have 31 day would make the last filing date Friday 02/05/98. I don't know where you are getting the 9th from. I expect tomorrow to be more of the same, but Thursday will be a very nervous day if the close draws near without any news. Considering that NAVR reads these small investor thread; if they wait till Thursday after the close or anytime Friday, they are being Pigs, as many small investors afraid of getting stomped that late, if the news does not hit by then, will get out prematurely.
