Richard, While "Giddyup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" is short and to the point, if one checks MTSN's press releases, you'll see that their full range of 300mm tools has been selected in the US (Sematech), Europe (Motorola - SIEMENS) and in Japan (I believe SELETE, but am not absolutely positive.) MTSN probably has the largest percentage of its products ready and waiting for 300mm. This could become exhilarating. But then you already said that. ;-) Giddyup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
