As well as your observation that folks in the EU, "want the Americans to import more of our goods", while at the same time clucking their tongues, saying "Americans are a self-indulgent people, who should save more" ! ...so I am thinking back to the Middle Ages, when The Church sold "indulgences" to their european flocks; their guilt apparently assuaged by this permit to be human. Then Luther comes along and nails his protest, along with a handful of indulgences, to the Church door - et voila ! ...a Starr-Chamber is born, deja vu. So I am re-naming the INX.X - Internet Sector Index to... INX.X - American Indulgence Index and await the IPO of Vatican Dot Com: click on "OK"... ...all major credit cards accepted (^_^) -Steve
