Caution!! 14.7 M was number of outstanding shares on September 30. The same Filing also said "The Company relies upon current placement of its' securities to provide liquidity for its development of prototype and manufacturing operations." On December 22 a SC13D was filed by an investor. The filing states: "The Reporting Person beneficially owns 1,103,896 shares of common stock, representing approximately 5% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Issuer." edgar-online.com This puts the number of shares issued at 22,077,920 That's 7.3 M more shares issued in under 3 months Or about 2.4 M shares per month. At that rate they will have hit the 25 M limit by now. If not I bet they will by the end of this run up. Wow! EMF
