It's a good reason not to be in GI and SFA boxes. Divi took DirecTV, and is looking at their US cable domaine. Why help them if you don't need to. They need the encoders though.

Yeah, I know. I was just venting some frustration. The systems people buy chips from everyone -- even competitors -- but at some point there must be a temptation to buy "viable" chips from non-competitors. I guess it depends on the specific situation... and on the individuals involved... Yikes!
