Company Press Release
Navarre Corporation to Distribute GoBack by Wild File
Revolutionary Time Travel Technology to be Available in Retail Outlets Soon
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 1999-- Navarre Corporation (Nasdaq:NAVR - news; NASDAQ: ''NAVR'') has signed a computer software distribution agreement with Plymouth, Minn.-based Wild File, Inc., maker of GoBack(TM). The agreement entitles Navarre to distribute GoBack(TM) to retailers and resellers in the U.S., Canada and worldwide.

GoBack(TM), released in December 1998, has created a stir in the computer industry with its revolutionary Time Travel Technology. The software, which retails for $69.95, allows PC users to back out of a multitude of problems arising from system crashes, virus attacks, user error (overwritten or deleted files) or Y2K glitches by taking a computer back to a time when it worked - minutes, hours, even days ago.

GoBack was a Best of COMDEX Finalist at the November 1998 industry trade show in Las Vegas and a People's Choice Award winner at David Coursey's Showcase '99, held Jan. 17-18, 1999 in San Diego.

''Navarre is excited to distribute this breakthrough product, which represents best of breed to its customers nationally,'' stated Ian Warfield, vice president and general manager for Navarre's Computer Products Division.

''We are very pleased to be working with Navarre to meet the consumer demand for GoBack that has escalated since its launch,'' added Wild File President Eric Schneider. ''Having the product readily available on store shelves is a priority.''

Minneapolis-based Navarre Corporation's Computer Products Division publishes and distributes quality consumer software to retailers nationwide.

Established in 1979, Wild File, Inc. is a privately held company that specializes in electronics, communications and software.
