Yes, I agree. Clinton is not an expert on blood storage and unless it could be shown that there was some corruption or malice on his part, I don't hold him responsible for this one. I remember when Reagan mislabeled an anti missile launcher as being shoulder held vs ground launched the left wing media picked it up and had a field day with the fact that the commander and chief of the armed forces didn't know which was which.

I didn't like Reagan but I thought this was BS. At the level of Commander and Chief you are an administrator not a weapons inspecting techy. Who cares if he knows which bullet goes in which gun? Its the same here with clinton. If there was deceitfulness in the blood transfer then the ones responsible should be busted.

On the other hand, bill clinton, deliberately deceived me, boldly lying, eyeball to eyeball, on national tv, to avoid responsibility for his own discusting behavior. He has made a mockery of my nations court system, and dishonored the Office of presidency, which he holds as a trust from me and the rest of the American people. He is there based on a social contract underwritten by our trust. He has breached that trust irreparably. His butt sits in the oval office under false pretense.

Misformed,

Still, Clinton probably can't be held legally responsible for anybody's infection, even if he signed a law or executive order while Gov. of AK that sent the blood to the hospitals.

Why do you think he is going to be named in the lawsuit as a responsible party? Of course, he will be held accountable.
