Hi Carter et all, I think it is good news but I do not think it will make a big change in price. We need a joint venture partner Anyone else have an opinion.

NORTHERN LIGHT, how about this for an investment Carter here's a new one, they are planning to light up the north, Guess who's going to do it... Yep none other than the Russians. What the heck they control our weather now they might as well control our light. Thurday night, the Russians are to unfold a 25 meter reflector as a test to this proposed billion dollar project. They say we will see it in Calgary, you might get a peek or a flash over there in wintertown.
