Interesting question. Certainly, most people, especially bulls, expect YHOO to have a big gain on the split. On the other hand, I have owned other tech stocks and seen a correction after the split, precisely because everyone was already counting on a big split rally. When the rally doesn't happen, disappointed longs bail out.

When YHOO announced the 2:1, a lot of people blamed the fall of the stock on the fact that the split was not 3:1, like AMZN, or 4:1 like some people believed was desirable.
