Actually, I am leveraging the rheumatoid into a way of getting her out. I have explained that having her here is stressing me out, and that I can't handle stress, and she really needs to get her own place. She has assured me, this past weekend, that she has put in an application for her own apartment and she says she is packing. The arthritis was coincident with a bunch of other stuff in my life, this past summer, but mom has been living with us for more than ten years.
