CSCO is the internet!!!

"About 80 percent of the traffic on the Internet travels through Cisco's switches, routers and hubs."

Any dip will be temporary!

Slammed LU/ASCND deal hard.

Music to my ears! When a company starts publicly slamming the competition that means the competition has the potential to slam dunk the company. Just like in Washington, the more the GOP slams the Dems, the stronger the Dems get!!! Why would the king of obsolescence (routers) care about LU/ASND if they were'nt a problem. And the fact that they mentioned it in their CC, along with downplaying DWDM (absolutely absurd), means there is a BIG problem. All is not well in CSCO land. Investors, dont be fooled by a management led rah rah session. A company with a bright future doesnt need to rah rah. But that's basically all that Chambers knows how to do. Watch your stock tomorrow for a clue to the future.
