Jimmy,

I can't log on to Schwab's IPO site either. All I can figure is they are updating their server or it's down. You have the right URL. I noticed on Hoover's that there are THREE IPO's coming up shortly that Schwab should be involved in. However, when I checked Schwab's IPO site this morning, there were only two secondarys listed and NO Initials.
