Thank you for calling Mr. Cheney!
What are the underwriters WAITING for? A major correction?
Hopefully they have one that knows the importance of timing this IPO to benefit ALL parties.
Thanks again!
I would post this on Yahoo, but they would twist it into something negative...so I won't.
Thanks again....

Annette

I've been quietly standing over here behind the bench (no I'm not the guy relieving himself under the Gatorade table), trying to decide which I'd prefer--an announcement this week with incumbent run-up in price, or a delay of a week or two, giving me a chance to average down. I got my shares at $18 but only took 1/2 the position I'd like, and I would love to get some more at $15 or less, if my trading money's not tied up elsewhere at the time. From the chatter here it seems I'm not the only small stakes trader watching for a dip in price to add shares, which may mean there's some support there around $15. I'll be happy either way, but I would be surprised if the price didn't trade down mysteriously about a buck or two, on low volume, on the day of the announcement (assuming the announcement is after the bell).
I could use a couple of those Slim Jims back here.

<<I really hope people reading this can get the word out, or we'll see a dramatic drop in this stock price thru Monday if NAVR continues being quiet about their S-1 >>

Once again, I strongly disagree with this statement. Who exactly is going to have this big sell off when they know that the IPO announcement is right around the corner? I believe most people are in until the announcement, unless there is another announcement which says the IPO announcement will be delayed. I hope the stock gets driven down by monday. I'll buy more..

AJ,
Thanks for the information...There are a couple of things you said, however, that invite comment...Your post seems to convey the idea that there is a great amount of anxiety on this thread regarding the timing of the IPO...That is not evident from the postings by people who have been following NAVR for a long time...They are not uptight..A few days..or weeks... are not going to make any difference at this point...The other apparent concern you have is that this stock is going to plunge dramatically if the IPO announcement is not forthcoming in a few days, be it Friday or Monday...You have voiced this concern at least twice to the thread, and we are all aware of the "danger"...Most of us are not feeling any trepidation regarding dramatic drops of NAVR during this period...The "danger" is viewed by most of us as an "opportunity" to stock up even more with NAVR...Thanks for your concern on our behalf, however.. Regards!!!
