Dennis, The management as you have pointed out is incompetent. I have no problem with critisizing them for it. In fact one of the reasons why the company is so cheap is because people feel that the management will blow the cash away, ergo is incompetent.

Whether or not they should have issued a warning is debatable. Their final numbers were close enough that a warning would have been a judgment call. Strategic decisions are almost never preannounced. That is what the meetings are for. So you can fault them on their choice of direction, but not on when they announced it.

Also I don't understand why a management that is a major shareholder in the company would deliberately want to bash the stock. If anyone thinks that they did this on purpose so that they can buy out the shares cheaper, then he should just do as the management does and load up on the "cheap" shares.

Believe me that I sympathize with you guys. I am net neutral to the stock right now and expect it bounce a bit. All I can offer is to think of the money lost as "tuition" towards learning the stock market.

Best of luck to all,
Sun Tzu
