At the end of the PR it states: (iii) other one-time events and other important factors disclosed previously and from time to time in International Semiconductor Corporations filings with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission. The last time they submitted a filing, was 6-10-97...

I would have to agree with you Currency. The PR left a lot of questions. I don't think they were ready to show their hand yet. My guess is... after everything that has happened, they felt pressure to get something on the streets. Sometimes investors can be their own worst enemy. I'm going to give it some time and see what is filed with the SEC. I do however like the line-up of the Executive Management on the DataPower side. James Davis (VP) has a impressive Bio. At one time he was VP and National Sales Director of Hamilton AVnet Electronics (AVT). I am familiar with this company.. they have a lot of contracts with the Big Guys. Guess we shall just have to wait and see. Deb'
