I don't know the answer on question (2), but I agree with your conclusion on question (1). I'm going to interview the CEO in the next few weeks, and the audiotape will be available to listen to on Real Audio, so if you have any questions send them to me or post them here. I will inquire as to where MASK is positioned with regard to the cutting edge technology and their long term strategy - last I talked at length to management several years ago they had a strategy to be one-half step behind PLAB and DPMI on the technology, it lowered costs and risks but did not provide quite the margins of the high-end market. Since that time MASK has added equipment that makes them much closer to the leaders from what I can ascertain. Joe
