I would like to add a few more items to your list. Not for a shareholders meeting, but because an interested investor wants to know. (from anyone) 5. The sales to USAT 11/98, 12/98 & 1/99 - if available 6. USAT receivables on the books at 12/98 & 1/99 7. Total sales for 11/98, 12/98, & 1/99 - if available 8. Total sales forecast for 1999. (want USAT piece of forecast) I was in at 1 and out at 3. I would like to buy again, but I need hard numbers from Frank Peters soon. (especially if this heads back up) Anyone know him well enough to get these answers? If he wants people to invest in his company, full disclosure of the USAT piece is pretty important. iknowlarry

i would like to make a request of you and all others here. 1) do not make innuendos 2) do not make libelous comments about the company. 3) do not lie or misrepresent 4) tell us why u r here. 5) disclose if u own stock. 6) tell us what your hopes/intentions are with your posts. do you post to enhance your trading position? Santiago, can u look in the mirror, with God as your judge (that APPEARS to be important to u), and say that u have not intentionally tried to mislead others here for the purpose of some type of self gratification (either monetarily or otherwise) if u answer that u have not intentionally misled, then u really need to GET ALL OF THE FACTS before u post. i really cant believe that someone is that ignorant to make the conclusions that u and others have made. in case u want me to disclose: i am long. i post here to: 1) balance the bashing with facts 2) to occasionally point out what i consider to be a good entry point and a technical analysis as to where i project the stock to be heading 3) to point out that i am always right and to back it up with facts (and sometimes opinions) to prove so.
