The two online brokers you hear most often that are best for BB stocks are NDB and E*Trade. But it sounds like they may not be ideal either. Sounds like a great opportunity for some brokerage out there to take advantage of this gap in the market place. Penny players currently aren't well served by ANY broker.

Waterhouse, while a good bet for the average investor, is horrible for traders. Software is too slow, and you can't get through to a broker here on the west coast in less than 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Then, of course, there's the problems we've already discussed with regard to pennies.

If you hear of any alternatives that are better than NDB or E*Trade, I'd love to hear about them. I'm thinking of switching to NDB myself, at least until something better comes along.
