II Peter 1 16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 17 For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. The historical existence of Jesus is beyond debate. Historians have recorded it, our calendar is based upon it, the Bible declares it, and as has been said before..... No other person has so dramatically effected the world and it's people. Untold millions have died for their belief in Jesus, untold millions have gained eternal life through their belief in Jesus. No one can ever hear the message of salvation by Jesus and remain the same. Either way, in choosing to believe or disbelieve in Jesus there is a consequence that you will one day find out. You will know one day if there was wisdom in your choice. Jesus is either who He said He is or He was the greatest fraud ever perpetrated upon mankind. For those of us who know this precious Saviour, His love, the touch of His hand upon our lives and who know His voice, we can only present the gospel and the reason of the hope that lies within us as we know it from God's word and our testimonies. The rest is between you the hearer and God. He must draw you, you must choose.......
