Interesting post from RB. Regarding #1, he must be refeering to the 10K rather than the 10Q, since the Q ends on March 31.

Spoke with Paul Henry today. Several items that were made clear: (Thank you for your time Paul)

1. Earnings from CCI activities will be posted March 31st on 10Q filings. I think we should all be modest about our earnings predictions. We are a young enterprise.

2. TSIG is operating as a licensee under a 10 year exclusive right to operate CCI -- TSIG does not own CCI nor have we acquired the liabilities of Percy stemming from previous distributor agreements.

3. The operating model (and I believe a successful model) is that TSIG operates three enterprises; 1. the Call Center, 2, the Card Program, and 3, the Cohesive Web Unit currently engaged in CCI activities.

Each enterprise will contribute to the bottom line of TSIG under consolidated reporting. Each enterprise also (IMHO) has the ability to run profitably right out of the gate. Therefore, (IMHO) we should be able to show a very good up-turn in earnings in March. Whether profits are squeezed out remains to be seen.

3. I received my CD order today. (12 days from order date). I broached this issue with Paul. He informed me that the fulfillment aspect of CCI is being provided by Valley and that Valley is the fulfillment vender for other CD web retailers also. He believes the delivery conditions are equivilent across the retailers. I was told by Customer Service that the delivery was 4th class US Mail, however, today's arrival was stamped with 1st class postage paid. (Go figure?) Importantly, Paul informed me that this issue of fulfillment will be discussed at an upcoming meeting.

Conclusion: I feel very good about TSIG in the long run. However, I feel, as a thread, we have exihibited our own form of "irrational exhubernce". TSIG is a growing, evolving and strengthening organization, who, at this moment, is attracting talented people. However, to repeat, we are young. Let's not hype this to our own detriment.

I am staying long and I will continue to acquire shares.

GO TSIG! <<
