SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch fell 4.5 percent Tuesday as the producer of local community guides on the Internet announced two new products at a San Francisco high-tech conference after the market closed.

The company (TMCS) revealed its new My Ticketmaster personalized service, which will notify users when entertainment and sporting events of interest are in town.

The online service, developed in conjunction with Intel, also uses virtual-reality technology to give prospective ticket buyers the chance to see the view their seats offer. The 3D representation is only available to users with "fast connections and pretty good hardware," said Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch's chief executive, Charles Conn.

Conn also announced the public launch of the Denver CitySearch site. The company is calling the Denver site a local portal guide, basically a miniature version of its regular guides that's less expensive to build out. In an earlier interview with CBS.MarketWatch.com, Conn said the company will expand into new cities aggressively with the new format.
