Am not sure yet on the magnitude of this patent. Someone who has info on the merit of this patent please post the findings.. As far as float goes check this out www.sedar.com This is the same as SEC in the states. look under company profile, click on D ( alpha index ) scroll down and you will see Diversinet. Look at ENTRUST (ENTU), VERISIGN etc. You'll see the upside potential of this company. Entrust is trading at $ 33 etc.. they already have licensed their technology to Research In Motion's interactive wireless pager released last fall. With the impressive list of personnel on their board of directors, they have a sound management team. They also have a scientist from Netscape on board etc..
