Let's give thanks to Reh
1. gave information = stated that Motorola would license Rambus (happened today)
2. Reh believed that Edelstone would change his opinion of Rambus this week (happened today)

It seems to me that the change in opinion by Edelstone less than one month ago was to improve the investments in which they were involved. It looks to me that the stock was manipulated since none of the fundamentals had changed. One only needs to look at the firms that have accumulated Rambus stock to understand this.

I'm assuming that the "cry wolf" effect will prevent the next Edelstone downgrade from shaking loose any more shares from the faint of heart.

And I still maintain that Edelstone didn't cause the dip (in the sense that it would not have happened without Edelstone), but was merely the trigger (along with the company's CYA "flat earnings" caution).

As to the "slippage" in Camino - the basic question is slippage relative to what date? From the October demo I'm assuming Intel thought they were within a month or two (at most) of release. For example, it could be that the Intel Developers Forum Feb 23-25 is the day.
