Dennis ---

I don't know Cisco enough to know what they're saying. I was hoping someone else did.

It appears the enterprise business is slowing, margins are shrinking, and that products/revenues for Class 4 and 5 carrier systems are a ways out.

Having said this, I'm hoping the market takes their results and cc as typical understating and doesn't discount the whole sector any further.

They certainly didn't have any RBOC wins to trot out --- a positive for anyone competing in that space, including NN.

Welcome enlightenment ---

Pat

Dennis,as you remember few weeks ago, NT,TLAB and earlier ASND reported strong results and gave optimistic guidance .
Those forcast are more important for telecom/networking company like NN then CSCO forcast.
There are two way to carry IP traffic:via routers or switches.
CSCO is in transition state, where they are moving to switching-routing solutions.
So, they concerns do speak for NN, NT etc.
