I change my mind on the significance of this announcement. They state they plan to be in clinical trials by 1st quarter of 2000. They do not say that lightly. When you put everything together Eye Drug, Acne Drug, Catheter Drug, (They will eventually be in systemic infection where the big money is(30 billion target market)) you start to realize this company has a LOT of potential. The price may or may not move tomorrow but when the public understands this company the price should grow.

They are still working on the joint venture agreement. This will help to.

Hi Carter,

One thing to are advantage with this announcement, everyone knows what a pimple is. People also know pimples are bad and people will pay money to get rid of them. Many people do not know what a catheter is. This probably will have a wider appeal than Phase 1 announcement.

Carter et all,

MBI has been talking about a joint venture for some time now. I thought it would be for their eye drug but know I think it could be for their acne drug.

What do you think?
