Call them... I ordered the wrong RAM for my Dimension and the next day I received a call from DELL, letting me know if this was the RAM I wanted. He knew what PC I had, and let me know of my mistake. He then changed my order to the correct RAM and everything turned out great. Now that's customer service!

Micheal's a genius!

I have the same set up.

Why would you want to add 128 more RAM?

I heard of an issue windows98 has with more than 128.... Can anyone confirm that? The statement I overheard was that it does not recognize it, and furthermore, it does not utilize it well resulting in slower performance. True or False?
