A "letter to shareholders" is a good idea, provided it isn't just a bunch of smoke and little substance. I welcome hearing from the head of the company regarding the company's future plans, what I really hope for is some evidence that the company has identified a sound and reasonable growth plan leading to profitability and has committed itself to make it a reality. I, for one, would like to see greater focus on the part of management. This is not meant to denigrate their efforts to date, just an observation from a shareholder out there in the ether who is somewhat confused about what the priorities of the company really are, and how they are preparing to actualize those priorities. By the way, I remain long and I plan to be around for awhile, not just hoping for the next quick spike to bail out.
