GemSeeker, although revenues are small (less than 3 million a year, I think), they have been growing steadily, and the company has reported a small profit something like 7 quarters in a row. To me the important issue given the magnitude of the contract is the shares outstanding, and the good news is there are only around 6 million outstanding. I don't know what the float is but I assume much lower. These figures I have a 11 months old, so maybe someone can confirm or provide an update. My take is while one must always be skeptical with a BB issue, IF this news is accurate $8 a share is dirt cheap. The news is almost UNFATHOMABLY POSITIVE. JMO. Best of success to all. Ted
