2. Upside earnings surprise (no earnings release selloff)
3. Recent alliances with Intel and other technology companies
4. Breakout of 3-month base of 15/17, closed at 20 7/8 today
5. Reasonable PE ratio of 23.7

It hasn't given me any reason to love it. Would be nice to see it get the listing though. (Could always use a few shekels).
