I had no trouble bringing up the page and working with it in Netscape Communicator (original version which I downloaded when it first came out).

Caroline,

I don't have problem accessing it with either netscape 4.5 or IE 4.x. It needs a browser supports Java that's for sure.

Oh, what happened if you restart your netscape and immediately go to that site. I had experience that multiple Java applets may conflict with each other.

Give it a try.
