Given time, all poison pills can be dissolved in the courts as not being in the best interests of the shareholders, but only to keep present management in their jobs. While this is being done, by lawyers with high salaries, the company can try and increase mineral reserves or convince the shareholders in some other way that they would be foolish to take such a low offer.

Ultimately the shareholders decide whether to tender to the offer or not. The ultimate poison pill is an informed shareholder and anyone who has read, and understood, the information presented by Winspear in their press releases, from the geochemistry, to the physics, the MRDI Canada mining study and the diamond population data and compares this to what other Canadian diamond explorers have discovered all over the world should be getting a lot of confidence right now that Winspear is the real thing.

Sweet dreams
